Walter Bernacca
Writer/ Director/ Editor/ Colorist
He has begun his career as a DJ/Producer in Brazil and had been the top 3 DJ in country for many years, also working for the majors record companies in the music business, Warner Music Group, Sony BMG and Universal Music Group. Using his music knowledge started to edit, produce and present a music show for one local TV station in Brazil back in 1993.
After moving to Miami he worked as a producer for HBO and Cinemax when he had the opportunity to create many campaigns and on-air promos for movies, TV shows and concerts.
Since then he has participated in many projects, such as short films and documentaries, writing, editing, directing and producing.
Responsible for post-production of commercial campaigns like "Cookies" for Betty Crocker, “Pomarola” for Unilever, "Nature Valley Granola Bars" for General Mills among others.
In 2008, Bernacca was credited as Editor, Colorist and Sound Editor Supervisor in the feature film “Mexican Bloodbath”, Plus Entertainment.
Currently living in São Paulo, Brazil, where he still edits Documentaries, TV Shows, and Promos for the US market, and has been writing Reality Shows that he also directs and is responsible for the post-production, such as “Cozinhando Pra Fora”, Mix TV.
